Dick Smith Warehouse Project

Duration: Oct-2000 start, April-2001 finish.
The building consisted of 2-floors of offices and warehouse. The offices were divided to 4-sections and air conditioned by split ACU's. The system was supplied from 4-MCC's. Each zone had 4-after hours switches. The temperature is controlled by a separate electronic controller per unit, which are installed in our MCC's.


The warehouse high temperature is extracted by 2-exhaust fans which are mounted on a high level.
